Have a sweet tooth? Fresh hot banana bread!

Gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free!  Healthy skin starts from within!

My husband Rick shares his recipe with you:
3 medium ripe bananas (or 4 small)
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 large eggs
¼ cup pure maple syrup 
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 juice & zest of a lemon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
4 chopped dates
1/4 tsp Stevia (optional)

Oil loaf pan & blend ingredients in blender, pour in loaf pan and add walnuts & raisins by stirring them in.

Put in preheated to 325 degrees F oven for an hour. Cover with a towels for an hour after removed from the oven.
Optional: serve each slice with a small piece of organic butter on the top.
