The first Tuesday after Thanksgiving each year has become a great American tradition. #GivingTuesday is an event that encourages people to think of those who might not be as fortunate as we are.
This summer my husband and I decided to donate a portion of Vika’s Essentials profits every month to a Ukrainian orphanage. I am originally from Ukraine and have a deep understanding of the poor and sad existence that orphans face over there.

One dollar goes a long way in Ukraine, $25 can buy 8-9 meals for orphans! A $5 or $10 automatic monthly donation from many caring people will have a huge impact!
Your generosity enables us to continue to house, feed and educate these children. Here is a link for your donation.
This young girl enduring a struggle most of us couldn’t begin to understand, she is fighting cancer. Her name is Marharyta (Rita), a 10-year-old friend of my family in Dnipro, Ukraine. Unfortunately, Ukrainian oncologists weren’t able to offer any treatment for the rare type of blood cancer she has. They sent Rita and her mother Anastasia to a hospital in Turkey as her only option to live…
About a week ago I had started a fundraiser to help Rita and her mother in this frightening and uncertain time. Your contribution would mean a world of difference for them. If Rita's tragedy touched your heart, here is a link for donation.
Prayers for a complete recovery for this brave little girl would be very much appreciated.
God Bless and I sincerely thank you for your time and generosity.
Together we can make a difference!
