My Anti-Pigmentation "Pill"

My Anti-Pigmentation "Pill"

Today I want to talk about protecting and rejuvenating your skin from the inside out!

Skin pigmentation is so prevalent among women. I want to empower you with solutions for maintaining a youthful appearance and reducing the visible signs of aging skin.

Many years ago, I researched a powerful antioxidant called astaxanthin. When it comes to UV radiation protection, prevention is the key. I was excited to learn astaxanthin does precisely that - it protects your skin against damage!

Unlike topical sunblocks, astaxanthin does not block UV rays, so it doesn't prevent UVB from converting into vitamin D in your skin. It helps explicitly to protect against UV-induced cell death.

Skin changes are among the first visible signs that your body is aging. Loss of skin elasticity and a greater tendency for your skin's top layer to peel can leave your skin looking older and pale.

One culprit that can accelerate skin aging is oxidation. It results from free radicals from air pollution, Wi-Fi and cell phone radiation, and smoking, degrading collagen that keeps your skin firm and youthful.

According to many studies, astaxanthin helps reduce oxidative stress, support immune and cognitive function, boost cellular energy production, support your eye's health, maintain skin elasticity, and reduce skin aging signs.

What are the possible triggers of skin pigmentation and sun damage, and the solutions? Learn in my earlier Blog post here.

Regarding product recommendations, I can't stress enough the importance of using my "Prodigal Sun" Serum (watch my video below). At Vika's, we also offer a gentle, non-drying, alcohol-free cleanser - Facial Wash. It helps to protect your skin from environmental pollution.

Please follow the daily routine focusing on proper cleaning, nourishing, and protection. I want the best results for you!

Try adding Exfoliating Facial scrub to your cleanser for extra exfoliation at night to help remove the dead cells.

My luxurious treatment masque 'Moroccan Queen' helps refine your skin's appearance and keep it balanced, toned, and tight.

Many customers have reported a noticeable lightening effect after using Raw Cream: Enriched with Shea Butter, Rosehip seed oil, Macadamia Oil, Aloe Vera gel, Rosemary, and Lavender. Using Raw Cream for at least 3 to 4 months will also help fade dark spots. However, I don't recommend using Raw cream if you have an oily skin complexion or are prone to whiteheads.

While we have many serum options, I always reach for Anti-Wrinkle Serum at night more than any other. This oil blend is a very potent anti-aging treatment. Frankincense Oil is a star ingredient in this Serum, known to help lighten skin with dark pigmentation.

Acne "TNT" will keep inflammation at bay created by acne. This formula is based on an Ayurvedic recipe using turmeric, jojoba, sandalwood, and lemon essential oil.
