Let the sunshine in!

 

We often say we "get vitamin D from the sun," but this phrase is overly simplistic and really doesn't capture the whole story!

From the perspective of Electric Health, vitamin D is merely the result of a much greater electrical phenomenon.

When you expose your skin, eyes, and face to sunlight, you aren't just producing a vitamin. You are receiving crucial solar plasma information and a charge that affects your entire system.

 

Sunlight delivers organized electromagnetic energy, and the standard narrative simplifies this dramatically: "UVB rays hit cholesterol → chemical conversion → vitamin D." While this is technically true, it is far from complete.

Vitamin D is a result of light fundamentally altering your electrical state.

Let's be clear: sunlight is not merely "light." It is a dynamic stream of organized electromagnetic radiation composed of energetic particles called photons.

Thus, we don't spend time in the sun merely to "get a nutrient." We seek sunlight to receive a daily electrical calibration from the primary energy source of life on Earth.

Sunlight is not just a supplement; it is the master regulator of your body's electrical coherence, and vitamin D is simply one measurable chemical byproduct of that extensive process.

So let the sunshine in! It is a vital reframing of what we truly gain from the sun.
